Private Charter Pontoon Boat Just as the name describes, the Pontoon boat is private for you and your family to enjoy and keep all the fish for yourselves. Aaron has two boats either one can be a private charter, depending on what is best for you and your group. Aaron's pontoon boat is popular for families or groups of 10 that want to all fish together. Trolling with downriggers is the most popular way to fish, with a maximum of 8 fishing lines in the water at one time, if there are enough people and licenses. Remember anyone 16 years or older that is fishing needs to have a fishing license. parties of 10 people are fine; you just have to take turns reeling up the fish. When trolling with down riggers, all the fishing lines are fed out one at a time and this is done while the boat is moving slowly. With this style of fishing, there is no casting. The pontoon boat is not ideal to cast lures from, especially when there are a lot of people on board. Aaron's pontoon boat has two sun covers which will impede casting ability. If you do not like trolling with downriggers and you want to have four people or more, we can throw anchor and bait fish. However, if your group is six or more, Aaron recommends trolling with the downriggers. If casting is what you want and there are three or less people, then check out the Private Charter on Aaron's bass boat.
Private Charter Bass Boat Although the name implies bass fishing we can cast for other species of fish such as: Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and Trout. This boat is all casting, no trolling, with three people maximum, this trip is a lot of fun. No matter your skill level and casting ability, Aaron is here to assist you with any problems you might have.
